Welcome to MovieAIGNT ("the Studio," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our platform at movieaignt.com, you ("the Executive Producer," "you") agree to the following terms.
MovieAIGNT provides an autonomous AI General Network Team (AIGNT) — a coordinated ensemble of AI agents — that writes, directs, voices, and renders short-form cinematic content ("Acts") on your behalf. The AIGNT technology is a service provided by the Studio; it is not sold, licensed, or transferred to you.
You, as the Executive Producer, retain full ownership of the final rendered cinematic files delivered to your Google Drive. The Studio claims no intellectual-property interest in your completed Masters. However, you acknowledge that the underlying AI models, agent orchestration logic, and production pipeline remain the exclusive property of MovieAIGNT.
You agree not to use the Studio to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes upon the rights of any third party. The Studio reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activity without prior notice.
Production runs depend on third-party AI providers (ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, KIMI, and others). While we strive for high availability, the Studio is not liable for downtime, degraded quality, or failures caused by upstream provider outages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Studio dashboard.
We collect your email address at sign-up and, optionally, your display name. We do not collect payment card details directly — all billing is handled by our payment processor.
When you store third-party API keys in The Vault, they are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a master key that is never exposed to the browser. Your keys are used exclusively to authenticate requests to the respective AI providers on your behalf during production runs. We do not read, log, or share your plaintext keys.
When you authorize Google Drive delivery, the Studio uploads your completed Master Render to a folder you designate. Once delivery is confirmed, we do not retain, access, or monitor the delivered files on your Drive. The OAuth token used for delivery is scoped to file-upload only and can be revoked at any time from your Google account settings.
Project metadata (scripts, casting data, render logs) is retained in your Studio workspace for as long as your account is active. You may delete projects at any time. Deleted data is purged within 30 days.
Production runs route data through third-party AI providers. Each provider's own privacy policy governs their handling of data. We encourage you to review their policies independently.
All cinematic content produced through MovieAIGNT is generated by an AIGNT — an AI General Network Team composed of autonomous AI agents. These agents create scripts, character performances, voiceovers, and rendered video sequences using machine-learning models.
As the Executive Producer, you bear full responsibility for reviewing, approving, and distributing the final output. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable copyright, trademark, and personality-rights laws in your jurisdiction.
AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or culturally sensitive material. The Studio provides approval gates (the "Producer's Desk") so you can review and reject content before it proceeds to final rendering. By initiating a Master Render, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the production materials.
MovieAIGNT makes no warranty that AI-generated content is free from third-party intellectual-property claims. The Executive Producer assumes all risk associated with the publication and commercial use of rendered content.
MovieAIGNT respects the creative rights of every Executive Producer. This section defines ownership boundaries for the various asset categories within the Studio.
Any character, likeness, illustration, concept art, or creative asset that you upload to the Studio which was created independently of our AIGNT system — prior to or outside of any Studio production — remains your sole and exclusive intellectual property. MovieAIGNT claims no ownership, license, or derivative right over these "Legacy Assets." You may remove them from the platform at any time, and removal constitutes full revocation of any implied hosting license.
Characters, visual designs, voice profiles, and narrative elements generated by our AIGNT system based on your prompts, direction, and creative input are classified as Co-Created Assets. For these assets, the Studio retains Joint Intellectual Property Rights.
As the Executive Producer, you are automatically granted a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license to use Co-Created Assets in your specific production(s) — including distribution, screening, and monetization of the final rendered output.
However, trademarking, exclusive licensing, or claiming sole ownership of a Co-Created AIGNT Asset requires a separate Studio License Agreement. Contact licensing@movieaignt.com to negotiate exclusivity terms.
All background scenery, environments, and landscape compositions added to the Studio library — whether user-provided or AIGNT-generated — are subject to a Perpetual Reuse License granted to MovieAIGNT. The Studio reserves the right to offer these backgrounds to other productions within our network.
This reuse license applies only to background scenery and environmental assets. It does not extend to characters, dialogue, scripts, voiceovers, or any asset covered by sections 1 or 2 above.
Every AIGNT-generated character and asset is assigned a unique Asset ID upon creation. This identifier is permanently linked to the originating Executive Producer's account.
When the system detects a previously created AIGNT character being reused by the original creator, a ✓ Verified Creator badge is displayed in the production interface. This confirms that MovieAIGNT recognizes your history with that character and validates your rights under section 2.
The Asset ID system is automatic and cannot be transferred between accounts. If you believe an Asset ID has been incorrectly assigned, contact support for a manual review.
MovieAIGNT is a digital-only service. There is no physical product, no shipping, and no physical returns.
You may cancel a project and request a full refund at any time before locking an Act and initiating the Master Render pipeline. Unused credits remain in your account.
Once a Master Render is initiated, the Studio dispatches AI agents that consume third-party API credits (ElevenLabs voice synthesis, Higgsfield video generation, etc.). These costs are non-recoverable. Therefore, refunds are not available after the render pipeline has been activated.
If a production run fails due to a Studio-side error (not a third-party outage), we will re-run the production at no additional cost or issue a credit to your account at our discretion.
